100 grams melted margarine
3 deciliter sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
4 1/2 deciliter flour
1 deciliter cocoa (light color)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 bag of chocolate (how much you want to use is up to you)
Pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees celsius
Mix melted margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Mix together with a mix-master until you get a creamy dough. Don’t wisp too long. When it’s mixed long enough, have half of the chocolate in the dough.
Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt together in another bowl. Steer this mixture into the other one slowly. Mix so that you get a smooth dough.
Use 1 tablespoon to each cookie. And have on chocolate on the top on each one. Put them on a tray with paper. Have a little space between them, they will grow in the oven.
Cook them in the oven for around 15 minutes.
Cool on a rack.
The cookies are usually better the day after.
