You know when people are talking about traveling, and they travel so many places. The only thing you can do is sit there and listening, not knowing how it actually is to be traveling.
The last holiday I had outside of Norway was when I was seventeen. 5 years ago. I haven’t been on a holiday outside of Norway in 5 years. And yes, I miss traveling, I wish I could go wherever I wanted, but I can’t.
I mean, don’t get me wrong. I think it’s great that people can travel, and I won’t stop them. And I think it’s great that some can travel, but there are sometimes are a few things that I feel like you don’t need to do after traveling. And let’s talk about a few of them.
- Don’t talk about that you now have a bad economy problem.
The reason for this is this: I am the person that thinks like this; If you have the money to go on holiday to a place far away, I think you should have the head to know that you will need money when you get back home. And that you shouldn’t use up too much of your money. When you have the money to go on holiday, you can’t call it to have an economic problem.
- Don’t brag about your holiday. It’s not that I don’t want you to have a great holiday. But me, personally, when you take a thousand pictures and post them on Instagram, I think I see enough. And when I hear people talking about it over and over again, it’s yet a new reminder that I will never have the money to ever travel.
I am dreaming of traveling. I wish I had the money. Maybe someday, or not.
