Ok, so I have to say right away. It will take me ages to explain what only season 1 is about. Because the episodes are a start to an end. But the show is based on forensic anthropology and forensic archeology, and each episode focuses on an FBI case concerning mysteries behind human remains brought by FBI Special Agent Seely Booth to forensic anthropologist Dr. Temperance “Bones” Brennan. But you also see the personal lives of the characters.
So, that is like the basics of the show. It’s easier to say it this way than to try and explain what happens in every single episode without using like 300 pages.
I love Bones, it’s a crime show, and I usually love crime shows. This is a re-watch for me, but I have to say: I enjoy it just as much. I love how Bones is so insensitive and doesn’t understand everything Booth is referring to and saying. And Booth has no idea what they are talking about half the time.
22 episodes go by extremely fast. I will advise you to maybe not eat anything if you find things easily gross. I can eat whatever I feel like watching this, but I don’t find things gross. One of my friends couldn’t eat anything while watching this. And I eat anything from dinner to candy, all meals.
So, I would say that I think some of the episodes are much worse than some, and I think that some of the episodes might be triggering for some. If you are a person who gets triggered by something I might search up if there are any trigger warnings for the episode, or see what the episode is about.
